"We were in rooms near the breakfast area and by the gardens, and the location was perfect. However, the floors in our two rooms were dirty; our socks were black from walking around in the room."

"All was great until it came to eating dinner. The one bar was exceptionally small with ten seats and 30 people in line. There were few seats inside at the restaurant but plenty outside. We chose an outside seat and were shooed off. Though we had a reservation, it was not for outside. How were we to know?! We finally sat down with plates from the buffet on the floor. We are both 76 years old. No one seemed to notice. Unfortunately, we were told we came on cruise night. This meant many more people that the restaurant clearly can not handle effectively. The entire space needs expansion and more staff to facilitate the crowds. We did not eat there again though our room was there. We chose instead to shuttle to the Heartsong for our remaining meals.."
