Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here!

We were staying for three days and had to extend our stay, luckily Ann managed to get us a room at their sister hotel which was opening the next day. She handled the transfer of our luggage, the rebooking of our cruise, our airport transfers...absolutely fantastic. Great reception, clean rooms, very courteous staff. The location is perfect, the rooms are quiet. I have nothing but positive things to say, 10/10.

Can't say enough about this gem of a boutique hotel. From the minute we arrived, to the time we left we were treated like royalty. Upon arrival we were served drinks & fresh fruit while we waited for check in. We were brought to our room and given a tour / explanation of everything inside. I had a personalized hand written card welcoming me to the hotel along with fresh fruit. Every time we seen staff we were greeted by name, and I can't tell you how special we felt with all the extra attention...

Clean and new hotel with amazing staff. Excellent location - walking distance to the lake and old quarter.

Amazing experience and location. Walking distance to majority of sites, or quick grab ride away. The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to safely leave our luggage after check out to continue exploring before our departure. Beer street was fun in the evening! Sky bar cocktails were delicious.

This hotel is outstanding! It is close to all amenities and services. Above all the staff are amazing. They were so friendly, attentive and helpful with all of our needs. They genuinely want to make your stay amazing. They always had welcome tea ready or offered to help with our travels. They are truly in a class of their own.

Room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has variety . Location is in the centre of Old Quarter, easy access to other places on foot, close to Hoàn Kiếm lake and hop on, hop off station.

We had a beautiful one bedroom suite at the Peridot Grand. Yes, it is a luxury hotel. The entrance is grand and the lobby has beautiful decor. There are 4 reception desks so checking in and out was quick. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous marble bathroom. We loved the rooftop Skybar with an incredible view and great drinks. Nous avons resté 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Si je pourrais donner ***** à cet hôtel, je le ferais. L’hôtel est neuf. La chambre est très propre, les produits sanitaires , draps, serviettes sont de très bons qualités. Le lit est extra confortable . Tout est impeccable.
