Great hotel for the price. Amazing service, the free breakfast is amazing and the chef makes various omelettes fresh for you. Great service and very accommodating staff, they were able to store our luggage after we had checked out. We had a beautiful one bedroom suite at the Peridot Grand. Yes, it is a luxury hotel. The entrance is grand and the lobby has beautiful decor. There are 4 reception desks so checking in and out was quick. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous marble bathroom. We loved the rooftop Skybar with an incredible view and great drinks. This is my third time in Hanoi and I've travelled SE Asia a few times. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and is now my go to whenever I stay in Hanoi. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The facilities spotless clean and well kept. Location is very nice, close to everything.
