"Unfortunately, I made reservations with staff to be pickup at the airport and no one showed up. No response while I contacted the hotel. And when we got to the hotel, due to the mishap with airport pickup they checked us in early which appreciated. Our room AC was not functioning so ask staff, he checked it and said it’ll cool in a while. We stayed for 2 days and AC was probably functioning at 20%. Will give overall rating at 7/10"

"EXCELLENT location! 2 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff went above and beyond. ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful with any requests or problems. Even sending out someone to buy me some fruits at the market early morning because my bus pickup was so early before breakfast room was open. I stayed in Suite Room (facing busy and noisy street, but noise didn't bother me at all at night). Nice BIG room! Would 100% stay there again, such great location and incredible staff."
