"The resort was beautiful and the staff were so helpful and kind. It was truly wonderful. I recommend (for first timers) download the resort’s app, it makes getting around easier—the place is massive and the layout can be tricky. But we loved it here and hope to visit again!!"

"Our family of five had a great time. The room was spacious, the grounds were clean and beautiful, the beach was perfect for our kids, and the food options were delicious but expensive. We loved snorkeling every day and walking down the beach path. My favorite though was the canoe experience at the hotel. They fill up quickly, so sign up well before you arrive. Beyond that we took the kids, horseback riding, took some surf lessons, and rented a car to do the road to Hana. It was an amazing experience. "

"Everything met and often exceeded our expectations. We were the new Kai Tower building and it was immaculate. The ocean view room included Molokini Crater where we snorkeled. Very special memory. Different bands played at pool side 6-9 each evening. Good tunes. It was helpful having a free washer/dryer on each floor. Finally, the on site Kihei Caffe was so tasty and convenient. All of the staff are very helpful. "
