I took a chance and I will always be booking her place. Tracey was an excellent host. The apartment is adorable with literally everything you will need. As soon as you book you get very clear set of detailed instructions for everything you need. The apartment is well stocked for every kind of activity from beach to picnic to exercise to movies you will need. She also has a set of excellent recommendations. The location is absolutely amazing and close to literally everything. It’s so convenient. During my last day, there was Tsunami warning issued. Kihei being in the evacuation zone I had to evacuate immediately. Tracey was extremely helpful throughout this situation and constantly kept in touch to help me out. I had to book a stay somewhere in the non evacuation zone for last night and Tracey was super considerate to not charge me for that night. She also offered the next night for free incase my flight gets cancelled. I am extremely grateful to her for all her assistance and I would highly recommend her place to everyone who wants a wonderful stay in Maui. ##### Radhika B. The condo was right across from a small beach where we were able to enjoy sun rises & sunsets and beach days! It was close to all of the food in Kihei and to the meeting points for our tours. It was clean and spacious enough for my husband and I. The part that was above and beyond was the communication from the host. Not only did she thoroughly communicate but she also sent so many recommendations for our time in Maui! We really appreciated her kindness and hospitality. The attention to detail the owner has put into this condo are amazing! They have everything you could possibly even think of needing to make your vacation comfortable and easy. They have beach supplies such as beach bags, umbrella, and chairs and a cooler. There are also plenty of kitchen amenities if you want to cook some there at the condo. Anything you would need to prepare just about any meal is there. It was like being in your own home. The condo is also super clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is nice as well as the beach across the street. We enjoyed both. The place is better quality than my home, and I have a nice place! Never stayed in such a nice vacation rental for such a reasonable rate in the United States. She provides TONS of value added information and equipment - beach chairs, umbrella, books, movies, games, extra pillows, a sleep number-type bed! I was wowed, and I am super picky. It is relatively small, but has just about everything one might need. My husband and I stayed for a week and found it convenient, quiet, clean, and well stocked. The ocean view is limited to a small slice of beach across the road, but it's still very nice. And the beach is clean, the water calm, and is protected by a rock barrier. It was easy to get to loads of eateries, grocery stores, etc. to the south and up to many of Maui's attractions up north. Tracy was very responsive and her in-condo guide and instructions were super clear and helpful. We would definitely recommend, for a couple or solo traveler. ##### Ceallaigh R.
