"Wondeful staff and hotel is immaculate. Only complaints are the pillows being uncomfortable and the Godzilla Head being closed for viewing. Hopefully next time it will be open!"

Great hotel once you check in
"The check-in experience using the kiosk was horrible, i had to line up twice to check-in and speak with an agent two times before being able to check-in. The room was nice and clean, great to be able to use the Osen downstairs. I would definitely stay there again, but I wish that they would do something ..."
