"I paid almost $100 for a room in a hotel that seemed to be falling apart "

"The area is somewhat ok if you know the area then you know,if not then yeah street walkers are near. Room could have been pleasant for the price. Toothpaste smeared on wall, along with 1 guys tagging of his name literally everywhere, Rene,rene,ReNe. shower curtain rod dangling so showering with a closed curtain isn't possible(wet floor). 1 staff lady was amazing elder skinny lady, but the other heavier lady was snappy and somewhat rude 5sec interaction and i just walked out until she left ."

"The only positive I have for my stay was the staff. They are friendly, helpful with good attitudes. My room- curtains were worn so bad you can see through them. I thought the floor felt gritty on my bare feet. I took a hand towel, wetted it and rubbed back and forth from the bathroom sink to entry door, approximately 15 feet, it was black with filth. I’m not sure they ever damp mop the floors? The bed wasn’t comfortable and bathroom and tub had hair from a previous guest. I had a crack in the ceiling above the tub/shower and it was wet and in need of repair. I didn’t complain and just went with it during my 4 night stay. I understand I wasn’t at a newer hotel but wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family. "

"A for effort on cleanliness and little touches like blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers, coffee bar. HVAC system and WIFI works well and beds and sofa are comfy. If you have little kids, the pool is enclosed and separate from the small backyard. However, the house needs maintenance. Some windows cannot be closed completely and flys and bugs get in because there are no screens. It would have been nice to open some windows but some were inoperable and again no screens. The hall bath shower fixture was broken. There was a work-around but who wants to mess with that. This home and almost all homes on the street have the iron/mesh security screen doors. Beware, gardeners get started early in AZ because of the heat (7am). Neighbors right next door had trash so piled up that I had to remind them to pull their cans to the street for pick up. All in all, if you are on a budget and have little kids (pool safety) and you want to be close-ish to Camelback, go for it. I think the owners are very nice and responsive to suggestions. For instance, I needed more dish towels. The owner had them sent to me via Amazon the next day. "

"Want a clean room? Won’t find it here… staff may have potential to be decent if given even an n minuscule amount of empowerment but the clown that somehow finessed themselves into the GM role.. The property is conveniently located in the heart of a shot-out red light district! Booked by accident while standing in the lobby of the correct, Wyndham property in Mesa but Bozo wouldn’t help me with a courtesy late fee waiver. "

"Loved it here kitchen fully equipped also had seasonings in there that was a big help I would recommend if u have toddlers bring baby gates an there blankets for the play pen was very clean only thing was tricky is the back door lock it gets stuck when unlocking an locking perfect place for home away from home thank you to our host was very helpful "
