This is our second time staying here and we were still impressed by the staff and amazing amenities! We attended a concert nearby at the desert diamond arena and the hotel offers shuttle service to the arena and nearby restaurants. This helped us avoid walking in the heat to the concert. Everything is walkable which is nice. The pool was relaxing to use in the evening. The breakfast offered was excellent as well. Housekeeping was terrific, and the room was clean upon checking in. 10 stars!

Only draw back is that carpet in our room needed cleaning and more attention to sweeping up and cleaning of bathroom. This hotel was great for kids and adults alike. Breakfast was above what was expected. Staff always polite and helpful. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping stores.

The overall stay was great and we LOVED the beds and pillows. The pool was decent and the staff was very friendly. Our son forgot his toiletry bag and they even had a full stock of essentials he could use. The only downfall was the use of the metal door latches by one of the cleaning staff. For several hours, we had to listen to her bang the door open and shut at least 50 times. Other than that, out stay was pleasant!
