"Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a delight. Mostly western food with mixture of pastries. My little girl enjoys the food. Location is near a subway station. Suitable for strollers. It is just opposite a market and nearby there are a lot of dinjng options available. Walkable to Namba. The only downside is the carpet cleaning which seems to be a little dirty even after we requested to clean it. Room is quite decent and the toilet is a bit small."

Shuttle bus is great to and from Osaka station Room lovely, has comfy beds Lobby a bit crowded and busy at checkin but we used the self checkin with staff help. Would have liked to have staff just check us in after our long drive but this is a minor issue, nothing that would stop me from staying at Mitsu again. "

Cleaniless is really their top priority as the room is really clean and they will make sure to clean the room regardless every 3 days. Staff are very nice as well. We had a freshener spray in the room but even that couldn’t get rid of the smell and I’m almost certain a dead mice/rat was the smell. The area is also in a spot that’s in a pretty rough spot during the night.
