Stayed two nights. Female staff was incredibly kind and apologetic about delays. Second day, booked again. Room key did not work. Went back to reception desk and younger male employee ran the room key again. Went back because still couldn’t not get into room. At this point, he accompanied me as if I was too dumb and realized he too could not get it to work. At reception desk again, he essentially barked at other employees and then accompanied me to a different room while frowning and mumbling to himself in an angry tone. He should not be in the service industry. He was rude to me and harsh to everyone around him. Rest of staff was great and the rooms were clean.
