"Hotel needs updated rooms need cleaned my tub didn’t drain huge stain on the floor"

"The staff was really nice. I stayed on the 4th floor and it had a musty odor in the hallways and my room. On my first day I was followed from the elevator by someone who said he was going to the 7th floor but got out with me then followed me and when I got to my room he asked me if I got it. Then five minutes later he banged on my door and said it's this my apartment. I wanted to leave them but my wife talked us into staying. Then I went to my vehicle which I had to park a block away because parking isn't included. I was approached numerous times by people trying to sell me drugs. We immediately left a day early after the event that we drove 5 hours to see. Couldn't sleep there another night. There were also homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Not as advertised!"

"Towels had stains. Room smelled like Marijuana. Food was in the refrigerator "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. We enjoyed walking around the property. We paid to park in the lot behind the hotel to save some money. Nice walk to the center."

"The staff needs more hospitality training. There was only one ice maker on floor 2. I would have love to have had an ice maker working on my floor. The breakfast was 20 of 5, Excellent. The room was clean and the air conditioner was working great. When I return to Clayton, I would stay there again."

"Everything was up to par and the room was really nice. The breakfast was great. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. If I had to critique one thing it would be that I had to go to the first floor just to get ice. Other than that, all was well."
