The hotel desperately needs a refresh, but the rooms are roomy, the building is lovely, and the staff took very good care of us.
The property is in a good location. Easy to get to various points of interest such as the ball park, city museum, arch... The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast and happy hour hot meals offer more options than I expected. Very enjoyable
The location of our room it was right by the exit and the door opened and closed all night and slammed shut. Very annoying. Our phone didn’t work in our room. We had to use our cell phones to call the hotel to order room service and there was no shuttle to and from the Cardinals game which was very ...
Good breakfast selection and Free wine and beer tasting
This hotel is a great re-working of historically significant buildings in downtown St Louis. The rooms are large and comfortable with climate controls that work well. If you're coming into St Louis to catch a Cardinals games the location, one block from the stadium, couldn't be better.
The old buildings. I didn't like the way you had to park.
It was a lovely stay with a great roof top pool and bar!
Clean and friendly staff. Would recommend. Thumbs up
Our room had great view of the Arch - very convenient and walkable location
