It was my first time staying here and is now my favorite hotel in downtown Saint Louis. Everything was great: location, style, condition, cleanliness, staff, amenities, and the room was phenomenal. Although I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it, the rooftop pool and the whole atmosphere was top notch. Moving forward, I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Saint Louis.

We had a wonderful time in St. Louis taking a little weekend trip. Our tv wasn’t connected and our phone wasn’t working, but they got it fixed immediately! No other problems besides that. The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the pool, although our time was cut short due to windy/cold weather.

The room was not ready until 7:00 pm. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Bedroom for premium king suite is quite small. Pull out sofa uncomfortable as you fell all the springs. Shower tub combination is weird! Shower head is raised so high and you can't back up or you fall in the tub. Bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard. Pillows are thick but firm. Hotel was quiet but street noise was loud for a while with cars racing down the street. Valet took about twenty minutes to bring the car
