This apartment is decorated with a theme of something that I enjoy! I'm an active person and biking is a great past time I love doing around the area, especially the 1,293 acres of Forest Park. Fortunately, the amazing environment of Dogtown doesn't require a bike at all! All that Forest Park offers is right out the front door and in walking distance. Or it's a quick bus ride or drive to downtown, the Loop, and Washington University. It'd be my pleasure to have you as a guest in my apartment! Verification of ID is required to prevent credit card fraud. Please note that a $200 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded within a week of check-out. When we first arrived we were a little leary because it was late and the building is old but the inside was very nice. If you have young children, know that the apartment is not on the first floor - we were constantly reminding our kids to walk because we were afraid the running was too loud. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay. We walked to the zoo and then into Dogtown for lunch and walked back. Only time we had to drive was going to our cousins wedding. Really, my only complaint is the underground parking. It was a very tight squeeze in our minivan. If you have a car or a smaller SUV it would be okay. ##### Jenna W.
