Experience comfort and style in this centrally located two-bedroom second floor apartment in South City, St. Louis.

This thoughtfully designed space features a luxurious King bedroom and a cozy Queen bedroom, each equipped with its own TV, providing a private retreat for every guest.

There is a spacious living and dining area and you'll love spending time on the front balcony. For your convenience, there's private parking available for one vehicle at the back of the building.

Need to work during your stay? Take advantage of the private workspace. The apartment also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Shared laundry facilities are available in the basement.
Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this stylish, centrally located apartment.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Cute little St. Louis style apartment. 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Apartment was clean and ready for us. Had some issues with check in. There was two entries. One in the back and one in the front. Back entry wouldn’t accept the code so we had to walk to the front to gain access. No bid deal at all. Couldn’t connect to internet, how was quick to fix the issue and get us connected. Each bedroom had a smart tv as well as the living area. Kitchen was equipped with some essentials for stay. There was free coffee. Nice touch!! Laundry facilities are in the basement but available for those who need to wash and dry clothes. It was a great place for our small family. Would stay here again.

The communication was great before booking dates. It was an easy check in didn’t have any problems. But the floors were completely dirty they didn’t look dirty but walking around with socks or bare foot you could definitely tell floors were dirty, barley any towels for it to be a 2 bedroom that can sleep 4 people or more, but most importantly I booked the weekend of Halloween which It was cold outside we didn’t have heat the whole weekend the owner didn’t respond till morning of checkout it’s been 2 weeks still haven’t sent any money back or anything, also had no WiFi for personal use the WiFi was connected on the tvs but couldn’t connect to your phones. also the sink in the kitchen was stopped up. No oven mitts or towels either. Overall the unit has so much potential but those things is what made a bad stay.

No national park experience due to the government shutdown - boo! There were only 2 forks in the kitchen...? Other than that, I loved the place. It was very comfortable and within walking distance to good food and essentials. Parking in the back off the busy street was perfect, and not too much street noise at all. I enjoyed the balcony, too. Great place if you like the city!

The apartment was super cute. And was in a great spot not too far away from the places we wanted to visit. I had to contact the owners a few times and they were quick to respond. Would most definitely stay there again if we ever come back.

The place was nice.Great location. Plenty of parking.There was no internet the entire time we stayed there. It might not be a problem for most but each of us had different item that could only be downloaded but via a wifi connection. Texted with support two days in a row but it was never resolved during our four night stay and they never followed up on the issue after the second day. Got the impression that they didn't intend to correct it. (A reset of the router was probably needed but the router was not inside the unit.)

Beds were comfortable but the spare bedroom sheets were dirty so I changed them myself. Apartment was NOT cleaned well. Neighborhood didn't seem the best although we didn't have any issues. Floor needs cosmetic repairs.

Nice little trip

My family and i visited St Louis for a short stay to see the sites and a cardinals game. The apartment is in a nice central area, 15 min from all of the sites we wanted to visit. Check in and communication with the owners was excellent. They checked on us regularly. Just a couuple recommendations to owners. 1) add some more dishs, utensils, cookware. 2) maybe some updating, countertops were stained, flooring was peeling up in spots and a cleaner paint job.Sounds a bit picky but just being honestAll and all a great stay, we will stay again when we visit St LouisThank you

Comfortable property we could relax at during the Thanksgiving holiday

This was a comfortable property where we had Thanksgiving with our son and his girlfriend. It was a good place to relax and spend some time with our son. Smart t.v.'s in the bedrooms and living room. Small kitchen and dining room. Overall, a pretty nice property. I'm giving it only 4 stars because they were unable to provide us with extra towels and some blankets during our stay. That didn't seem like a big request, so we were disappointed they couldn't accommodate that.
