It was so comfortable for our teenager, 2 dogs, and my husband and I to enjoy the views from the deck, prep meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and enjoy the inside space with comfortable seating and table large enough for both meals and family board games. "The cabin is perfect for anyone who wants to be surrounded by nature. The views of the creek and redwoods from the huge windows and extensive patio were amazing. The cabin had everything we needed to relax and cook. The redwoods, shore, cute towns, and river are a short drive away. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor area much since it rained most of our stay, but would come back in the summer. The inside is a little dated, but totally functional and comfortable."

We had the perfect amount of space in our cabin for two people and two dogs, and loved the option to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on our own little deck. We can’t wait to stay again! "Our stay was perfect. Checkin was clear and easy, the place was spotless, so well-equipped, it had everything we needed. We couldn't believe we had nearly the whole road and headlands to ourselves. The quiet was spectacular, the views outstanding, and the hot tub was probably the nicest hot tub we've ever been in. Highly recommend!"

"We left a valuable item behind and are so thankful that MamaK retrieved it for us and worked it out with us to retrieve it. We really appreciate that Karen Its a very cozy place. What’s not to like when you are lounging in the outdoor clawfoot bathtub, at 7am, listening to cows, a rooster and lots of birds, as deer saunter by in the yard. The hot tub was very clean and the unit was very well provisioned. Uniquely and tastefully decorated. We head to the area at least once a year but have never stayed in Duncan Mills but this will be our go to place from now on. And by the way, visit the bakery there, the baker there bakes up super good pastries and stuffed lunch croissants "
