Perfect stay. Attentive staff. Would go again, highly recommend!

Very accommodating staff, check in was a breeze. Awesome rustic style facility. We will be back for longer in the future

Love the homey feel of this inn and the water views. Excellent hot breakfast. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay and close to downtown Clayton, NY *(5 min. or less drive) Would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area

it's a fishing lodge in a beautiful river landscape near Lake Ontario. We used it as a stopover on a trip from Montreal to Washington DC. It's spacious, very tastefully decorated and reminded a bit of Safari lodges.

Wonderful location, river view, beautifully decorated for fall.

Great stay

Great location, close to I-81, restaurants and shops

Had a great time, room was clean and cozy, staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast the next morning was very tasty and lots of variety. Would gladly stay there again next time we are down that way

Perfect guest experience. Immaculate building/rooms, very personable staff in all areas. Excellent customer service....sincere, friendly.

Perfect location to experience the town!

This is an outstanding place to stay overnight. I had a double room which was located in a building separate from the reception building. The room was very big, clean and comfortable.

The front receptions was fantastic. She was friendly and informed use there was a shuttle to nearby sports bar. The shuttle driver was amazing driped us off and picked us up no waiting friendly and made us very comfortable .He made our stay memorable

As usual the staff and room were top notch.

Second time I've been here, great place to stay in Alexandria Bay. The staff is very friendly the rooms are clean. I did not use the pool facilities but it looked clean. My only complaint which happened both times is the water in the showers take forever to heat up and its not very hot when it does both times I was on the second floor. Other than that its a great place

Having read some of the previous bad reviews, we booked the hotel as the rate was within our budget. On arrival, the receptionist was happy, attentive to our request for an upstairs room, and really efficient with the check in. The carpets everywhere were brand new, the bedding and towels also very new. The room was large with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was a little small but adequate. The room had been redecorated recently. The bathroom fittings were a little old but still worked...
