We stayed for one night, arrived late and very tired. The night staff was extremely welcoming and check in was fast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities (one of the very few hotels that still provide a shoe polish and a nail file). Beds were comfortable and we got the rest we needed. Decent options for breakfast and dining area large, plenty of seats.

A friend and I stayed here a couple months ago on an overnight shopping trip to Watertown. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very clean and new. The free breakfast was lovely! Lots of great options. Our room was nice and spacious and comfy beds! I would definitely stay here again!

I requested a handicapped room. The room was excellent. However, the bathroom did have a shower chair and appropriate grab bars in the tub/shower combo did not have directions on how to turn on the water. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out why the water did not come on. When I checked out I did mention the issue to the front desk ….. ‘oh you should have called… I told him what I tried - which is what he told me I should have done. His response was oh you must have missed a step.’ I suggested that maybe it would be prudent to have instructions printed and given to the guest at check-in. He said he had mentioned the issue to previous afternoon desk managers on the evening shift.
