Problem was since we booked with expedia, the staff at the hotel simply dismissed us when we informed them that we booked a double king room through you and they said they did not have any of this type of room on their property. It's a nice clean property. You should know that it is right on I 81 and you can hear it all night. The pool is small but really clean and very warm. I love a warm pool! We didn't eat there. Breakfast wasn't included but is available. The continental is $10 a person and there are also made to order items. For the cost we decided to eat elsewhere.

Front Desk - Bad Impression
The check-in clerk was not very nice and was sure to let me know that since I booked with Expedia/Hotels.com I would not be getting any Hilton Honor points. She also put me in a room on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. I wouldn't have cared, but I was traveling with my 90-year-old Father, who made the trip to see his nephew returning from deployment. The woman really annoyed me after traveling 11 hours by car. We were so excited to finally arrive and she made a terrible first impression. The walk to the room was too far. I was disappointed. She also made a fuss because he couldn't get out of the car to check in, as the room was reserved in his name. I had my ID and my reservation in hand.
