"It was easy to access, outside of the shopping area, you have to drive for shopping but there is Tims across the street and Wendys in 3 minute walk."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Spacious, beautiful, thoughtful design. Luxurious decor in lobby, hallways and restaurant. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious with thoughtful touches. There was live entertainment in the restaurant in the evening which added to the already lovely ambiance. It felt rich but not pretentious. The wait staff were lovely as well. Breakfast was perfect! Loved that it was table service, selections were great and had a lovely view of the river. We would love to come back in the summer when all the patios are open! "

"It’s a nice suite that’s well stocked with what you need to be comfortable. It’s a quiet area with plenty to do. We loved walking through the area and exploring. My only observation is that the Sunrise Suite is very aptly named as it is bright even with the curtains. There’s a skylight over the pullout bed that doesn’t close. If you like lots of sunshine, you will love it! Finally, the owner is thoughtful, flexible, and helpful."

"We were in Brockville for the eclipse. Many hotels had jacked up their prices but this one was still reasonable. We were very pleasantly surprised by this newer property. It was very clean and had superb amenities. There was a nice station in the lobby with coffee tea and hot chocolate as well as packaged cookies. The free breakfast was very good and even included healthier options like chicken sausage and sweet potato fries. They even had to go breakfasts for people who didn’t have time to sit down and eat. The staff was very friendly too. "
