We stayed only one night as we were traveling through JFK the next day. Hotel is really well maintained, staff was amazing, room was so nice and so clean. Will definitely go back!

The staff were so helpful giving us directions to get to Times Square and back by subway and bus. The breakfast was great and it was awesome to have a shuttle back to the airport. Better instructions on how to get and find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel would have been much appreciated. We had to take a taxi to get to the hotel but loved the shuttle returning to the airport.

My stay was excellent and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent—I enjoyed every bite! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel everyone from marianne that checked us in to hector the concierge that helped us be sure to make our flight. Their customer service was great, it was clean i felt safe in the hotel. Loved it. Just didnt like it wasnt as close walking distance to things i would of preferred.
