"The staff was super friendly and amazing. Very accommodating and quick to reply when we needed a second luggage rack in the room. It took less than 5 minutes for them to bring it to the 21st floor. The rooftop bar was awesome it became our nightly nightcap spot with beautiful views! The only small thing was the "farmhouse" doorsto the bathroom were clumsy and didn't quite close securely. (Not a big deal) Will definitely stay here next time I visit the city!!!"

"We loved our stay at the Virgin Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed everything works perfectly, excellent condition and clean, the best, our breathtaking view to the Empire State. The surroundings are not so nice but just one block away you'll be in a very nice area, with lots of restaurants and cafes. The staff members were great and very helpful, special thanks to Mark, he was amazing. Overall an exceptional stay!"
