"When we first arrived on Saturday morning (1/17), our reservation could not be found in their system. We showed the "manager" our confirmation email & then she admitted us. The house is gorgeous, but the floors were not clean. I walked around barefoot inside the house & my feet were very dirty. It was very quiet there. The pool had cool water as did the jacuzzi (not heated). Breakfast with Rachel was lovely. We would stay there again."

"Shower curtain in bathroom needed to be changed there was some ants which was not too overwhelming overall the staff was courteous and friendly location was within close proximity to surrounding places i needed to be and the price was reasonable for the stay I would recommend if you just needed a place to lay your head and you weren’t too fussy about having a microwave ironing board and the regular amnesties that come with a hotel…"

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were professional, warm, and efficient. The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable. I truly had a great time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston. I will definitely be back! "
