"Perfect for the beach"

"Pool was perfect, house has plenty of rooms and beds. Loved the open concept of the layout. Seafood is a mile away, convince store is very close and beach is just across from the neighborhood. Canal for fishing is close and neighbors who were home were very pleasant. Will be booking again, host answered every text quickly."

"My husband found the ‘A Wave Away’ beach-house on VRBO, and the pictures were gorgeous! We booked with Tishia, and her courtesy and communication throughout the process were excellent. We ended up needing to postpone, and Tishia was super understanding and made that happen for us. Soon after that, Hurricane Beryl hit and we moved our dates again. Tishia kept in frequent contact about the status of the clean up, power outages, beach closures, etc and it greatly helped in our decision not to cancel altogether. We had great conversations and shared that this was our first family trip to the beach, and would be our daughter’s first time seeing the ocean. When we got to the house, we saw immediately it was even more beautiful in person. The home was immaculate, gorgeously decorated to suit the salt and sea, and there was an unexpected and very sweet surprise when we walked in. It just showed how much thought and care she puts into it. Everything we needed (and many things we never thought of) were in place and ready for use! Lots of space, games, pots and pans (bring your own groceries!), comfortable beds and plenty of bedding, laundry detergent, luxurious bathrooms-this house had it all! It truly felt like a “home away from home”. Our daughter’s favorite part of the house was the Pac-Man arcade game and the jacuzzi tub. We loved how close the beach was, and we really enjoyed sitting on the top deck for the view. We are eagerly looking forward to our next vacation at A Wave Away"

"Property location amazing. Only house around with direct beach access. Rained before arriving and house had leaks. One is over bed in the main floor bunk room. Three coffee pots only all one works. All in all amazing place "
