"We enjoyed our stay because the villa was spacious, comfortable, and accommodated our family well. The property was nice, and we appreciated many of the amenities. However, there were a few disappointing issues. The floors were not clean when we arrived. My 8-month-old niece was crawling around, and within minutes her hands, feet, and knees were black from the dirt on the floor. We called the front desk and were told someone would come clean them, but no one arrived that evening. The following morning, management quickly corrected the issue by sending housekeeping to thoroughly clean the floors. They also apologized for the inconvenience and provided us with a credit to use at the on-site market, which we truly appreciated. Their efforts to make things right did not go unnoticed. Another disappointment was that the listing photos were misleading. One of the main reasons we booked was because the pictures made it appear that the property had an infinity pool. After arriving, we found out the infinity pool actually belongs to the resort across the street and is not available to guests staying here. The photos should more clearly distinguish which amenities belong to this property. Despite these issues, we had a great trip and appreciated the staff’s willingness to resolve the housekeeping concern. I hope the listing is updated to better reflect the property’s actual amenities so future guests know exactly what to expect."

"This was our 24th year for our family beach trip - us, our kids. grand kids, and friends that are like family. One of the best yet! Big house with plenty of room for all, great access to a beautiful beach and everyone really enjoyed the putting green!!! Can't wait for next year!!!"

"The best thing about this cabin is everything. We had seven people for my daughter’s bd including my 2 grand kids ages 5 and 7. You basically can not sit anywhere in this place and not see the beach. And the beach is private and incredibly close.Maybe the best thing for a family is that there are 2 living areas with big screen TVs. So the kids can watch Sponge Bob while we watch sports and movies. Already rented for next summer. Highly recommend."

Secluded Getaway with Pool and Game Room

"The house was roomy and comfortable. But it was a little dirty (dead bugs on window ledges, hair and sand in the shower, dirty walls) and in disrepair. Many things were broken or near broken. The pool had dead spiders and roaches in it and the fence had broken fence posts (our dog got out). There were 13 of us there for 3 days and only 1 kitchen hand towel. No hand soap either. Overall we enjoyed it but the house definitely needs some attention."

"Great location for a beach getaway — you're just a short walk from the water, which made the whole stay feel like a true escape. While the beach view is partially framed by neighboring houses, it still adds a pleasant coastal vibe. The reservation team was a standout: professional, attentive, and easy to work with from start to finish. The house was clean and comfortable overall. A couple of small things — like some dishes that needed a rewash and a slight odor when we first arrived — were minor and easily overlooked. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed beach retreat."

"The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything that is needed. The walk to beach area is about 10 minutes and you will need to cross a busy street. You can rent golf carts in neighborhood that will make getting to and from beach area easier. I will recommend and will rent again."
