"Exceeded our expectations! Jake’s communication was perfect. The interior of the home is as if Ralph Loren decorated it. The beds are very comfortable. So many meeting places and special retreats in one property. Really our only regret is that we did not schedule a day just to enjoy the property."

Stayed at the Aida in Kansas City and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good.
The space is HUGE. my room felt more like a full suite than a standard hotel room. What really stood out was the design: everything was thoughtfully curated, with a mix of vintage pieces and antique-style decor that gave the whole place a lot of character without feeling overdone.
Location is also a big plus. it’s super close to the museums and the Plaza, so getting around was really easy.

We stayed in room 403. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Breakfast was decent. Management kept checking to make sure everything was good. The only minor issue is the tub faucet wasn’t tight to the wall. This didn’t cause any issues and seemed largely cosmetic. Would stay at again.
