Generally all was great except the pool slide was NOT OPERATIONAL due to staffing shortage. To be fair to the hotel, this was mentioned on their site BUT we booked with Expedia, which stated pool slide was an amenity, which we specifically booked for our grandchildren! This isn't the first time Expedia information was not correct which has caused me to question the merit in using them in the future. They gave me a insignificant $25 credit for a 2 night stay.

I booked a room for three people through Expedia, but they gave me a room for two. The package included two breakfast coupons, two towels, and everything else, but it was for two people, not three. It’s frustrating.

I booked "the nest/le nid" a bit last minute without realizing it is a trailer, so that was a bit of a surprise! Very cool decor, very clean, beautiful place with great attention to detail. Bryce (I think his name was) checked us in and also provided service in the restaurant the next day and was extremely nice, accommodating and welcoming. The food and drinks in the restaurant were fantastic! Everything seemed very well thought out. Thanks for a great stay!
