"The room was clean and had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. We did not eat at the property. Our big complaint was they charged $18 per day for parking. This is ridiculous because there is no public transportation and they had large areas for parking. A complete money grab by Hilton for no reason. A corporate rip off! We complained but of course they did nothing. Disappointed!!"

"As a whole, my stay was good without any problems. The young man working the evening shifts at the front desk "Angel" was awesome and helpful. I failed to request an accessible room when reserving online. The room we were given was said to be accessible. The doorways were wide, but no hand rail near toilet, in shower or anywhere else. No type of shower seat. Tile floor and cotton bath mat is a hazzard. Breakfast was good, grounds kept neat, friendly staff."

"The lobby and pool area are very nice. The pool was packed with kids, at all hours. Overall, I was disappointed. The room was small, with scuffed floors and looking a little worse for wear. The shower still had hair from the last occupant. There was no microwave and the prices at the bar and for snacks was very high. Common areas (hallways, elevator) were dirty with leaves and debris. I sincerely question the 4 star rating and why I spent so much for the experience I had."
