"The staff was AMAZING! Danny helped with ALL the many questions we had about swimming with the Manatees. We ended up booking a private dive with Ross and Mark they were the ABSOLUTE best! They both are very knowledgeable and went out of their ways to make our experience incredible! And THANK YOU to Valerie for her hospitality and sweetness ♥️ The rooms could use some updating but who cares when you have an experience like we did! Hope to be back soon!"

"Musty damp room, rust on all metal surfaces, floors very dirty never mopped? towels dingy & had stains, walls had damage not properly repaired, old mattress with coil springs not comfortable, no apparent upkeep of property needs complete remodel, hire people to clean rooms, would not recommend this property , maybe a 1 STAR rating. "

"The hotel was great. I have no complaints. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel, that food was delicious but There was one bartender behind the bar who was extremely rude to my girlfriend and i. I will not eat from there again. It’s a shame too because the food was soooo good! Also, the pool does not have a lock on it so there are a lot of locals who were enjoying the pool without staying at the hotel. I’m not sure if they do that because of the restaurant but it made the pool a little crazy and overpacked."
