From start to finish this hotel is exceptional and offers quality service. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff clearly enjoy working there. The breakfast buffet is very good and the care the staff take is present in everything you see.

Was very quiet, rooms are not sounds proof but worth the extra bit of money! It is a good hotel!

Good Stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent as well. I would stay here again. Located across from many restaurant options.

Poor WiFi connection Great breakfast set up

Great location for us. Quiet, but close to things we needed and to family we visited. Very comfortable bed, clean and large room. Older facility, excellent staff and price.

very reasonable price. staff were very friendly and helpful breakfast was nice with a paper to read.

The homemade cookies and hot beverages were a nice touch. The place in general felt homey with the nice staircase when you first come and and the couches to sit. I loved the view out my window of the trees and gardens. I loved the buffet breakfast option and the fact that it started early so I could still get to my conference on time. I love the Nespresso machine! And the muffins were very good. The room itself was very nice.

My boyfriend and I were in London for rock the park and stayed here for one night. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the area around was a nice neighborhood. It was about a 30 minute walk to the festival about 20 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was included, it was yummy. I would definitely recommend staying here

Exceptionally friendly staff, a delightful restaurant, serene rooms, and the thoughtful provision of complimentary water, apple cider, and coffee at multiple hydration stations truly enhanced my stay. Discovering this gem in London ensures it will be my top choice for future visits.

Close to downtown

The room condition was impeccable—no words needed to describe how clean it was. The service was excellent, and above all, the convenience of amenities and nearby recreational facilities makes it an outstanding hotel, especially for families.

Brought our daughter for her 10th birthday. She asked if we could live there forever.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel in London. It is very conveniently located downtown jack Astors right next-door the banquet new place right next-door to Jack Astor’s Molly Bloom’s five minute walk away. The stay was like an oasis away from the business of life. Had such a great stay. Thank you to the staff and hotel for being amazing. Will be staying again

Well thought out and spacious layout. Stayed one night but given suite layout would be comfortable for a longer stay. Would stay again.
