"This hotel was fantastic! Everything was a quick walk away at Fisherman’s Wharf. We were given complimentary water bottles at check in. We also received a discount in their parking garage for booking through Expedia (thanks Expedia!). The staff was very helpful, especially at our arrival. We arrived at 10:30am local time. We were able to store our luggage for the day and they even had our check in ready earlier than usual."

From the moment you walked in the door, the staff were helpful and provided us with discounts for food while staying on Pier 39. This location was super convenient for Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39 and it was only a 5 minute walk from the Alcatraz ferry terminal. The room was clean and they had games and fireplaces to hangout downstairs with your friends and family. We will consider staying here again if we return to San Francisco in the future :)"
