It's on the quieter side of Newport. Which we loved. Neighbors did have some parties but kept it pretty quiet after 10 because there is a noise ordinance. We had some other issues but management helped with that. We had a great summer family vacay there. Water is warmer in August just FYI. Really enjoyed the large patio for morning devotionals and meals!"
