"The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir "

"Appreciated the pet friendly environment. Host very responsive to additional needs. Nice quiet location along the river. Unit was dated but clean and functional."

"Wonderful views and well designed studio. Perfect for accessing good fly fishing on the Ark."

"Peaceful cabin in the woods! Had a great time staying there. Close to Salida but far enough to feel it was a destination."

"The room was super clean and the restaurant on the premise was awesome! The dogs were welcomed and it was in a great location to hikes in Salida! Will definitely stay again"

"The beds were clean. The shower had wet paper on the floor of the shower. The floors were swept but not clean. No iron or blow dryer."
