The property's location is excellent and one of its biggest strengths. It's conveniently located and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They truly made us feel welcome and significantly improved our overall experience. The restaurant and Billy's were both outstanding, with great food, drinks, and service. Unfortunately, the accommodations did not live up to the rest of the property. The room was noticeably dated and could benefit from renovations and updated furnishings. The towels were extremely rough, which took away from the comfort of taking a shower. Parking was also a major frustration. Spaces were limited, difficult to find, and not well managed, making it inconvenient to come and go. Overall, the outstanding staff, excellent dining options, and prime location were enough to make our stay enjoyable. However, without those positives, the condition of the rooms and the parking situation would have resulted in a much lower rating. With some updates to the accommodations and improvements to parking, this property could easily provide a much better guest experience.

Furniture in the room was old and dirty. My balcony was dirty and needed to be swept. Window cilla dusty and dirty. Tile grout dirty. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Kitchen lacked necessary items like a mixer, cast iron pan, non PFA cookware. We had an issue with the company they use to manage the payment for the parking. I did not get a receipt. They have no website, no phone number, no email for support and complaints. What a joke The front desk would not give me any of the parking company's contact info so I could contact t h em about my payment issue. The gouge you for taking for $30 a night and then add a $9 convenience fee ... for what? The second gouge is the resort fee...for what? There are no amenities worth hundreds of dollars. The swimming pool is the size of a large hot tub Work out room has old equipment. Not worth the cost. The location is convenient that's about the only high point.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Great location and hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities, and the location is close to restaurants and some shopping, with easy shuttle access to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was fantastic.. Except for the 5am fire alarm wake up call. It went on for 2 hours. Staff said they'd look into a credit but it never happened.
