« Mediocre. The room is too warm and stuffy, air conditioner doesnt work well at all. Bedding, sheets, towels etc were clean. Bed was comfortable though. Hard to see parking lot entrance is hard to see in the dark. »

« Traveled with friends and family. I grew up in Colorado and Wyoming and come back a couple times a year. What a great place and close to Salida as well as Buena Vista. Gorgeous mountains encase the property and everything you could want is close . Spent each night star gazing and listening to the melodic Arkansas river entice conversations of mountain adventures. Wonderful time was had by all!! »

« This property is perfect for those of us who want slightly more than a local hotel offers (privacy, kitchen, pets, outdoor space, etc). After reading the reviews, my wife and I booked 2 nights with our small dog over the 4th of July weekend 2025. Everything was great and the price was very reasonable. The king bed is comfortable.
