I found the toilet to be a little strange because the sink is outside (the tap is quite loud too) and there is nothing behind the sink. If you place your toiletries at the sink, it can fall and break (there isn't much space to place it elsewhere either). It made things rather inconvenient especially when someone uses the toilet while everyone else is sleeping...
