The family who runs the place are so nice and made us feel like family. Breakfast was made each morning at our requested time and our room, which was on the second floor in the front, had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. As a bonus, this family has been hosting people and booking tours for years. Don't use an app, use their booking services. They can help with all the popular tours, plus Laundry and postal service. They are a true one stop place for all of your travel needs. The location is perfect, in the old town, but right on the edge so it's easy to access the Beach, and other parts of Hoi An by bike, Grab car, or walking! One thing better to worry about is a bug appeared from under the bed which wasn't a cockroach. ローカルな民宿ですが、清潔ですし、嫌みのないおしゃれさでとても居心地が良かったです。敷地の中央部分は屋根がなく、吹き抜けになっている食事スペースになっており(雨が降ると可動式屋根が登場。)、自然光の下で食事ができます。のんびりさせてもらいました！ ダブルサイズベッドルームで1人宿泊でしたが、2人でも余裕はありそうな広いお部屋。ツインルームも向かいにあり見せてもらいましたが、裏の池(沼？)を一望できて風通しが良さそうでした。 女将さんと娘さんは日本人にも慣れているようで、色々と声をかけてくれて優しくしていただきました。夜、ベッドの下からひょっこりまあまあ大きな虫が1匹現れましたが、またベッドの下に戻っていきそのまま出てこず(笑)ゴキではなかったのであまり気にしなかったのですが、苦手な人は用心した方がいいかも。風呂はもちろんシャワーのみ、トイレと一体化型です。ドライヤー、バスタオル、フェイスタオル完備。ハミガキセット、シャンプー類は簡易的なものでした。 ホイアン旧市街地を中心に過ごすなら、エリアのど真ん中にあり融通をきかせてくれるこの宿をおすすめします。 ##### kumi Stayed 1 night in Nov 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### TashJ, Canberra, Australia Sep 30, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Great budget accommodation Lovely staff and delicious breakfast.
