"Staff members gave my family and I excellent customer service! The morning continental breakfast was just ok. The overall quality was great for convenience and centralization of the property for the nearby shopping and dining. The only thing was we couldn’t stay longer for our short visit. "

"We love this location that’s close to town. The check in and stay was super easy! The house was clean and had plenty of stuff for our stay. The only downside I would say is the living room AC didn’t blow strong and cold like the rest of the rooms. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "

"My family and I were very pleased with our choice of where to stay during our vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii! The cabinets were well supplied with things you would expect like dishes and other living essentials. They even had coffee that was specific to the area which was a nice touch.! The garage had an extra refrigerator along with water toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach amenities.The beds were very comfortable, and there was more than enough room to accommodate our whole family. We spent most of our at house time in the wonderful backyard with a cool swimming pool and comfortable lounge chairs. All which made enjoying the spectacular backyard ocean view even more relaxing. The house was located in a nice neighborhood that was near great restaurants and shopping as well as within walking distance of a kid friendly beach! Special thanks to Marco for coming by on day one to make sure everything was acceptable. And then for being quickly available to answer any questions about the house or what the island had to offer!
