High Valley Vacation Packages

I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

We booked the Four king bed room. Tons of room for a family with 5 kids, one kid had his whole bed to himself. Didn’t think it mattered when I booked on Expedia how many kids I put in my search as long as we had enough beds, I hate having to fill out all the ages and just want to see what’s available. When we got there the lady counted the extra kids and charged me $10 more per kid over 12 even though we didn’t need any extra beds or accommodations. I read no where this was a rule. In fact it says rollaway beds are $10 per night. We didn’t need any! Seriously four king beds.

This hotel is in an excellent location if you're attending an event at the Ford Center. It's directly across the street and within walking distance. However, the property is absolutely disgusting. The front desk and front lobby area smelled fine upon arrival and was clean. The elevator looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in some time. Our room was even worse. The LVP floors were covered in dirt, hair from previous guests, debris along the floor molding and all over the floors, there was a used empty water bottle under one of the beds that had been there from a previous guest prior to our arrival, there was leftover food in the sink drain, and the bathroom was missing the mirror from the wall completely. Thankfully, we only needed the room for a quick stay and strictly to sleep after the event so we weren't in the room too much. I would not stay here again. There are other options also close that I'm sure are much cleaner. Also, the front staff would post a sign at the front lobby saying away from desk call on walkie talkie for service but they did not show up.

Ac didn’t work, no shampoo or conditioner or soap in shower. Took over 20 minutes to get checked in. Overall not a great experience wouldn’t recommend.
