I believe it’s relatively new, the room was at least clean. Our toilet seat was broken so we had to ask the front desk to repair it We were out of body wash from the very first day, and we asked four separate times, and the staff never refilled it. We asked a cleaning person, who was in our hallway, (early AM) two doors from our hotel room, if she would bring clean towels, and also refill the body wash. (we stayed for 4 nights) never happened We ask to have our room refreshed, cleaned, new towels, never happened. Asked about 3-4 times, never happened. And the phone in our room didn’t work, so every time we had to ask for something, we had to ask the cleaning people in our hallway or we had to walk down to the front desk. Totally painful. It’s relatively new, and our room was clean, but the toilet seat was broken, and staff don’t help at all. Even the cleaning people when they’re right there on your hallway. It’s a good location, but you ask for toiletries to be refreshed, it’s not going to happen. At least the toilet seat was fixed. I think I’d look for another hotel, there are tons of them in that area of meridian.
