"Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. we arrived and our room wasn't ready. They told us it would be about another 15 minutes, but it took about 45 minutes. We had a wedding to be at down the street at 5:00 p.m. and it would have been nice to know about the delay in advance. They did make up for it and gave us a late check out which was very much appreciated. We were charged twice for one soda in the mini fridge in the room. Although I didn't tell them about that since it was just $3, nobody likes being charged twice for anything and then having to deal with that later. Did not receive a detailed receipt for the room service charges so I don't know if I was charged correctly. These are little details that could be improved very easily. Other than that everything was amazing and I would definitely stay there again. The room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic."

"Room was clean. We were in the older section of the hotel and there was a few things that needed addressed. The staff came up and took care of it shortly after I reported the issue. Beds were comfortable. Shower needs attention."

"This place felt like going to a friend's cabin. It has so many beautiful decorations and art. The well stocked kitchen is a breeze to cook in.The view is incredible. The soaking tub is amazing. We enjoyed the old movie collection. We cannot wait to come back."

"What a beautiful area!!! I loved the mountain roads and wildlife. Turkeys for days. The house was nice. It had a strong smell of wood burning fireplace that made it hard to not build a fire myself. The house manager was quick to explain the reason behind cleanliness issues identified. It would have been nice to have had outdoor seating that was easily accessed. The views made the stay!!! I’ll definitely be returning to the area soon. "
