This is a direct misrepresentation of the room."

We finally got a refund via our bank, but it was a hassle all around. Front desk staff wasn’t really concerned about the error, which was frustrating, even though they caused the problem—no apologies only stating that could only remove one charge without the manager, who was late getting in."
