"The hotel is a bit dated but kept up well. No in-room coffee is always an amenity downgrade in my book but there is a Starbucks right there. Price was right."

"The entrance keypad needs to be user friendly. The buttons are stiff and I had an emergency and spent 25 mins trying to get the keypad to recognize the entry code"

"My daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for our weekend visit to the city, and I would absolutely stay there again! It was so walkable to everything we wanted to do, and I really appreciated that we were each given an included bottle of water from the hotel gift shop each day. The room was comfortable and clean, and all of the staff were very kind! The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, but we did not experience any noise or disruption. I hope to be able to come back to see what changes were made!"

Wifi wasn't strong all the time. one lift in the building, so if you were wanting to check out with all your luggage, you were waiting for 20 mins to get a space in the lift. VERY close to the train station, Bus with right outside the door or down the street. Restaurants around Koreatown were amazing. overall very pleased."

"This location was AMAZING!! It’s steps away from Times Square, and we were able to walk almost anywhere in that area. The staff was friendly, and helpful with answering our questions. Definitely recommend this place!!"

"I was disappointed with my stay. For a 4-star hotel, the room was very run down—peeling mirror and wallpaper, a stain on the bedspread. There was also construction outside the hotel that continued past midnight. I booked a king room but received a room with two double beds. I couldn’t reach the front desk when I needed help, and no one asked about my stay at checkout. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."
