"Terrible odor in my room, and there was a window taped up with black tape that was jammed open and looked terrible while also letting in cold air. After asking staff about this, hoping to get a different room, they there were extremely unhelpful and made no effort to remedy the situation, offer solutions, or even apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up just leaving. Very disappointed since the last time I stayed here was quite pleasant."

"Very nice, clean hotel. Very personable staff. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've experienced. Extremely convenient location close to the airport. Complimentary cookies available in the lobby in the evening. Note: this hotel implements a $10 per night charge to park in their lot. I'm sure this is their way to supplement their income. I only wish this would have been revealed at time I made reservations. "

"We loved the large King suite. The complementary Happy Hour wine was lovely and the coffee was delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great - walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the river walk. We will definitely be back!"

"Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were always asking if there was anything they could for us. When their top chef was on duty, the breakfast was great. Claudio parked and retrieved our car and was helpful with local advice. He set the good tone for all that followed during our stay. The front desk was friendly and flexible and dealt with my needs before and after my hernia repair surgery, making sure my linen was freshly changed on the day I left the hospital and returned to the Dossier. I've mentioned Claudio in this review yet there were many others who were very helpful too but I can't recall their names! All in all my wife and I had a very pleasant stay which helped my recovery go as smoothly as it did."
