No explanation just left us standing there. After 10 minutes the other bartender asked if we needed anything.Anytime I asked a question it seemed like I was annoying the front desk staff. Room was serviced twice no conditioner. I bought my own so I didn’t have to ask. The service was not what I expected from a hotel this expensive. "

"The restaurant wasn’t Very good. The food was mediocre and not much of a variety. The was no bar to even have a glass of wine. Many people complained about their reservations while we were at the desk. The staff was helpful but nothing they could do to fix the restaurant."
