Where do I even begin? My family of 4 fell in love with this spectacular 21 apartment style room boutique hotel! We immediately noticed how clean it smelt and how spotless & bright everything was! The level of cleanliness at The Courier Hotel far exceeded all hotels we've ever been in! All the staff was so helpful and friendly, it was like I was catching up with old friends even though we just met. Everything we needed was already there in the room. Super reposant après une journée d'expédition!

The Merchant is a lovely hotel where the rooms feel like a room in your own home. The staff are friendly, helpful but not overbearing. The complementary breakfasts are light and delicious. It is an easy 30 min commuter train ride into Boston.

Had great service starting from the fay before with a personal call to explain parking and check in. Was greated and made to fwel welcomed. Easy checkin and chexkout. Room was cozy but clean and stocked with snacks!

Very nice hotel room and very nice staff to deal with everything was clean and it was a very nice room 0 issues at all it was a very nice stay

It’s my new happy place and cant wait to get back! From the front staff being so friendly to the great coffee in the mornings Hampton House is my favourite place to stay on the beach. The beds are amazing as well.

I stayed for 9 nights at this location! Staff is absolutely awesome !!! Best staff I have ever dealt with . The bar staff also amazing! Kitchen and front desk staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful and kind ! Cheers Tewksbury!! Calgary Derek

We enjoyed our suite, it worked very well for our trip. The rooms were clean, helpful staff.

Definitely a more expensive hotel, but worth it in my opinion if you have the funds! Super walkable to every thing you might want to do in Salem. We parked the car and didn’t get back in till we were leaving. The hotel staff were so kind and professional and polite. And the building itself is stunning inside and out. Only downside was our room didn’t have a mini fridge haha but first world problems right. There was always cold water available to refill bottles.
