"The staff rudely turned my husband away saying that they didn't have any rooms and refused to hear him out when he repeatedly said that he had a reservation. He was not able to get into this room until very late that night after shift change when a more reasonable person was at the front desk."

"What a great place. We only stayed 1 night, but will stay there next time when in Richmond."

"Shower water pressure was not good at all. Room was clean and ok for couple nights stay."

"The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets"

"Ok, the room is amazingly spacious. Love that. And I really like the floorplan. Roomy bathroom as well. Only nit to pick: the coffee maker didn’t work."
