The downfall to this location is the homeless population that lands on his doorstep loitering on premises, using restrooms, etc. which I’m not sure how much control he has on that? The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating—whenever we had a request, they were happy to help, and the receptionist who welcomed us was especially warm. The breakfast was a real highlight—unexpectedly amazing, with a great variety and fresh options. The amenities were also perfect and worked flawlessly—especially the air conditioning, which kept the room really comfortable. That said, we did notice that the cleaning wasn’t up to our expectations—there were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. This place was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and will definitely never stay there again. The lady at the desk (I think she was one of the owners) has no idea what customer service is. There was a staff member who came it later that was great and very helpful. There were dirty sheets on the pull out bed, the room was very musty smelling. The elevator was filthy, and one of the pictures on the wall fell on my 28 year old grandsons head. When I reported these things to the front desk (same lady that I believe to be an owner), her response uhuh, and sorry (you could tell she could care less). Not even a real appology,. I had to shut off the heater in order to sleep. The toilet was very loud, everytime my husband flushes the toilet, it sounded like a gun shot. It scared me 2x during at night, while I was sleeping. It was so loud, I actually woke up. The TV needs to be changed. It’s small and the graphic sucks. Someone turn the pixel to max, and it made graphic hard to see. It was hurting my eyes. The tv remote didn’t have any buttons to fix it.
