It was new, clean, quiet, safe. Spacious living room/bedroom/bath. Good lighting. Unfortunately, I was on a road trip, came in late 12:40 am, up early 5:00 am, left at 6:00 am. Quite expensive for such a short stay, didn’t use amenities like breakfast/coffee, but used refrigerator, nice shower. Desk staff check-in/out very easy, pleasant. I would stop there again—lighted parking not too far from front door.

This was a nice stay! The place was clean and quiet, and the staff was great. The only minor complaint I have was the freshness of the room. It didn’t stink, but it didn’t smell nice and fresh either. Fresh smell is always good to walk into.

This location was nice. Parking was a bit challenging due to so many guest but we made it work. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast but everything was great! I will stay here again in December when I return. Annette from Texas

***PLEASE CLEAN*** the lobby carpet/floors, the hallway carpet (smells awful and major stains), and the elevators. I was saddened to see the demise of this hotel within ONE year. We've stayed here for our college homecoming weekend for the last 2 years and enjoyed our stay so much that we recommended this as our alumni weekend FAVE. It was the perfect location, it was clean, modern, quiet, and the customer service was great. This year felt like we were staying at a different hotel. The 3rd floor hallway smells awful!!! The carpet is discolored and stained. The entry to the hotel was dirty, and the elevators looked worn and dirty. The room had a broken tv...the mount was hanging from the wall. There were stains on the walls of the room and we were told that housekeeping only cleans every other day if your stay is more than a day. The breakfast had burned sausage and runny eggs...and I'll just stop there. Unfortunately, we will not be returning here next year for our homecoming weekend. Very sad!!!

This is a very clean and great place to travel. The one and only complaint I have is the lay out of the room. The tv is not placed for everyone to view in the room. I do like how you can sign into your own Netflix account to watch what you want to on tv. We didn’t get to use any of the other amenities due to spending time in Richmond. But again if you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a large family this is great to stay.
