All staffs are very friendly and helpful. But I don’t know why the power was out in my bedroom, the front desk didn’t know how to repair and had to change my room from 2rd floor to the 4th floor near midnight which greatly affected my sleep.

Booked this hotel for our trip to Kings Dominion, the staff was wonderful and so polite the entire time even in getting us a room close by the elevator because my son has a broken foot. The room itself was fantastic and spacious. The biggest reason I booked this hotel was for my children to utilize the pool, when we went in to the pool room the first night we got there the chlorine was so strong that our eyes and throats were immediately burning we didnt stay in there longer than 20 minutes and by the next morning I had a sore throat. Overall it was a nice stay with great staff members it was just unfortunate that I booked for the pool and couldnt enjoy it with my kids when we werent at kings dominion.

The lobby was simple yet inviting. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and seemed to retain noticeable debris every time the sink eventually drained. The hot tub was enjoyable but fewer towels were readily available than expected. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Small debris and spills were noticable in public walkways. One of the two elevators was not functioning during my entire stay. Fortunately my room was on the ground floor, but the nearest ice machine was on the 3rd floor. Handicapped parking spaces were readily available each time I entered the parking lot and the location was convenient.

The breakfast was very nice and so many options. We traveled with toddlers and a picky teenager...no problem finding something for all to eat. We canceled other places and paid cancelation fees to stay here...we're very happy we did!!

Rooms, couch and behind beds were not well cleaned. Cleaners must be doing quick jobs of the cleaning and definitely not taking their time. Elevators were in need of repair and upkeep. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Breakfast area was clean though, and the bedding was fine. Overall experience was a 3 out of 5. More good than bad, but there is room for improvement.

I like that the rooms are spacious and clean. It us located 3 minutes from my mom's house and near shopping strip malls. The breakfast is good and the pool was good as well. Im just sorry there are no smoking rooms or pet policy.
