information on bookers is incorrect, and I spent a fruitless 3 hours trying to find this place in Hangzhou city. The text information doesn’t square with the address. Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY.... Le service est quant à lui exécrable (hormis les bagagistes qui sont toujours souriants et prêts à vous aider), sinon on vous force à payer le petit-déjeuner en vous sortant un TPE à 7h du matin alors même que vous avez déjà payé le petit-déjeuner via Hotels.com et ils insistent, vous demandant le cas échéant d'aller voir l'accueil (alors qu'ils ont une ligne directe par téléphone). Le petit-déjeuner avait bien été réglé, mais aucune excuse, on vous place simplement.
